WHO WE ARE

WE ARE the Buissereth’s. We are more or less the brawn and brains behind the operation (we will leave it up to you as far as who’s who)!

My husband, Cold, has many years of experience working with NGO’s in Haiti and running point on programs through administration and logistics positions. Not to mention his invaluable experience with the Haitian culture!

I, Lydia, have been living on the ground in Haiti for 2 years. I have lived on what you would call the ground level; among the very community we are called to serve. I have spent countless hours listening and learning what it is that our community truly needs. That and the voice of the Lord is what has called us to begin this adventure.

We know it might be scary, we know it is a big undertaking, and we know there will be trials. It will without a doubt be exciting! We know the best place to be is in the center of His Will, and that is where we will always strive to stay.

Where We Are

We are located in a town called Leogane. It is about an hour outside of Port-au-Prince. When the earthquake struck in 2010, Leogane was at the epicenter. In the past there had been a lot of organizations helping the people of Leogane, but most have pulled out in the last year and a half. Our facility is located 2 minutes from the main road making it very accessible to those who are serving.
