Promise Harbor’s Home Base
Since January 2017, we have been blessed to be able to use the most incredible house as our Promise Harbor home base. What is even more of a blessing, our landlord, a pastor, has been a Godsend. He is kind and patient, and always willing to make repairs when something is not working properly. What a welcome change from our last facility!
It has served all of our needs so well, and we are so proud to say that we will not be moving when the lease is up in January. On the heels of Promise Harbors first birthday, the landlord has agreed to renew the lease for another year and we cannot wait to see what new opportunities await us in this house.
Promise Harbor’s Rent in 2018
We believe that God has us here for a very specific purpose that we have only just begun to uncover. Help us secure our facility so that we can continue to be used by God for His Glory!
As part of our rental agreement last year, the landlord agreed to rent to us for additional years without raising the price, so here we are again. We are needing to raise the remaining $5000 of the $6000 rental agreement. This may seem like a large amount but I know God is able! He has always provided for us thus far. Our desire is to have the total remaining amount raised by December 31st, 2017. There are 11 weeks remaining until the end of December, that means we need to raise $455 per week to reach our goal! That’s only $65 dollars a day! If 5 people were to give $100 per week, we would reach our goal in no time!
